Shipping Fees

Flat rate international shipping fee of $10 for orders under $30.

How long will it take to get my order?

Australia:

Standard delivery rates within Australia are usually between 3-5 business days.

International:

Depending on your location standard international deliveries can take between 5-15 business days.

Duties/Customs fees: Some countries may charge import duties and taxes or other random fees. As these are out of our control, we are not responsible for any of these potential costs that may arise

Tracking:

Tracking numbers are provided for all orders.

Lost in transit:

In the unlikely instance your order gets lost in the mail, please contact us so we can track it down or issue a replacement asap.

Returns

What if the clothes don't fit or I change my mind?

If you change your mind upon arival or discover they do not fit, as long as they are in original condition and have the tags and packaging they arrived with, you can return your items for a refund. Please be aware we do not cover the costs of return shipping in such cases.

What if my goods a faulty?

If you provide proof that your goods were faulty upon arrival we will organise a free return and issue a replacement asap.

Refunds Policy

Change of mind

Refunds or partial refunds will be issued upon to safe return of the goods, depending on their condition. Shipping costs will no be refunded

Faulty goods

We will take full responsibility for damage goods upon arrival or delivery errors, and upon investigation you can receive a full refund.
